I am Yasuyuki Haruta, President & CEO of HARUTA Co.,Ltd.
Travel to Face is a new travel division launched in April 2025. We established it to allow many people to discover the beauty of Japanese culture and crafts through travel.
We pondered how best to convey the splendour of Japan’s crafts and culture to as many people as possible—and that led us to write “Tabina’s Story”.
“Tabina’s Story” is a fictional narrative in which the protagonist, Tabina, visits the world of Japanese culture and crafts and grows through discovery. The storyline is developed based on stories and current situations shared by those involved in the field. We hope that those who read it will become interested in Japan’s culture and handicrafts, and by visiting the places featured in the story will encounter wonderful new encounters and insights. This is what Travel to Face strives for.
